Responsibilities
– Understand product specifications and user psychology and collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement an enterprise-wide UX/UI design strategy.
– Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
– Facilitate the stakeholder’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
– Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability), Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
– Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, desktop etc.
– Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements.
– Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
– Collaborate and brainstorm with product teams to better understand our solutions and how they help our customers.
– Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

– Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to engineers and stakeholders.

– Passion for practical application of research findings.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to clearly explain design decisions.
– Strong visual and interaction design skills.
– Proactive problem solver who can handle multiple complex projects and tasks.
– Ability to balance product requirements, UI/UX best practices, customer insights, and innovation.
– Strong experience creating user journeys, personas, user flows, workflow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual designs, design specification documents, and performing project management in the following tools: Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
Work Exp
– 5+ Years
– Prior experience working on end-user facing products and experience preferably with Social Media apps / B2C / E Commerce, conducting user experience design and research in an international, consumer-oriented environment.
