You’ll lead a team and collaborate across departments to implement best practices,
improve processes, and maximize the platform’s capabilities to achieve our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. HubSpot Administration:• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.• Customize and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations with other tools.2. Strategy Development:• Develop and execute strategies to leverage HubSpot for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize workflows.3. Campaign Management:• Design, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns within HubSpot to drive engagement and conversions.• Analyse campaign performance and metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.4. Team Leadership:• Lead a team of HubSpot specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective utilization of HubSpot across departments.5.
Data Analysis and Reporting:• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve processes continually.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.• X+ years of experience in managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns using HubSpot.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.• Leadership experience, including managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CRM) are a plus.Skills:Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub,
and other HubSpot tools.• Excellent project management and organizational skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
