SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (Relationship Manager for Schools)
We are looking for a resilient, empathic school partnerships manager to contribute to the growth of our company. School Partnerships Manager will be responsible for onboarding new schools and retaining them.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong partnerships between our educational technology organisation and schools. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, nurture, and manage relationships with schools to promote our products and services, ensuring their successful integration and usage within the educational ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.
– Develop a deep understanding of our educational products and services.
– Present and demonstrate products to school representatives, highlighting their benefits and how they align with educational objectives.
– Work closely with the school management to identify prospective and mutually beneficial engagement practices.
– Collaborate on the creation of tailored programs, and initiatives to meet the specific needs of schools.
– Act as a point of liaison between the School Management & Suraasa for all Recruitment & Placement related needs & initiatives
– Identify the needs of the Suraasa Learners and match it with the recruitment needs of the Schools in coordination with the internal teams
– Acquiring clients through meetings, calls, placement portal demo, word-of-mouth.
– Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
– Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
– Gather feedback from schools to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant teams internally.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions with schools and generate reports on progress and performance.
Requirements:
– Degree in marketing, human resource, or similar.
– Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar role within the education sector or with educational technology companies.
– Strong understanding of the educational landscape, curriculum, and challenges faced by schools.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
– Location: South India (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum)
– Travel: Position may require frequent travel to schools within the designated region.
