· Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team focused on promoting and expanding our University online courses. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, forging partnerships, and increasing the visibility of our online courses within the education sector.
· Responsibilities:
Market Research:-
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the online education sector.
Analyse competitor offerings and market demands to refine our course offerings.
· Lead Generation and Outreach:-
Generate leads and establish contacts with universities, educational institutions, and other potential partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector.
· Partnership Development:-
Collaborate with universities / Colleges to create mutually beneficial partnerships for course offerings and joint programs.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Sales and Revenue Generation:-
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall financial success of the online courses division.
· Product Knowledge:-
Stay informed about the features and benefits of our online courses.
Provide accurate and detailed information to potential partners and clients.
· Marketing Collaboration:-
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of online courses.
· Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
or a related field.
Proven experience of 5+ years in business development, preferably in the EdTech or online courses sector.
Strong understanding of the online education landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
