Strategy- Project Management
• Responsible to design, develop strategic HR projects post alignment and managing ongoing projects with the HR team.
• Create a roadmap for the HR projects and managing the scope for the relevant stakeholders. Continuous tracking of key market and competitive trends, analyse results and share its impact on Bata India with all relevant stake holders.
• Network and conduct external HR Practices benchmarking and bring in best in class practices. Presents findings and works with the Head- HR and Business Leaders to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
• Works closely with business leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes.
• Coordinates the implementation of key business strategies/initiatives/trackers/programs with respective Functional Heads and for BIL.
• Assist in creating annual business plan, budgets and organization productivity norms per budgets for various business segments and functions.
Digitalization
• Leading HR digitization projects and ongoing HR transformation programs.
• Create opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate HR processes and improve HR communication strategies with existing digital tools.
HR Analytics
• Develops effective business performance reporting tools for Bata India
• Prepares routine reports (TA/ TM/HRBP, operational efficiency etc.).
• Create high impact communication and presentations for Leadership team, Board Members and BSO.
• Measure HR productivity.
HR Business Partnering
• Collaborating with TA team on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
• Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices.
• Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
• Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
• Facilitate and coordinate with the respective departments in planning the process of the performance assessment of the team and completing the same within timeline and develop performance assessment reports on the basis of the assessments carried out and feedbacks provided.
• Implementing reward and recognition interventions to enhance employee engagement.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data
• Demonstrate a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Presentation Skill – Conceptualization and execution.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
