Designation: Associate – Media Reporting & Tracking
Position Overview:
As a Media Monitoring and Analysis Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in continuously monitoring, creating reports, and analyzing various media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Monitoring:
– Continuously monitor a wide range of media channels, including online news, social media, print publications, and other relevant sources.
– Utilize media monitoring tools and software to track and capture relevant data.
Competitive Analysis:
– Monitor competitors’ media coverage.
– Provide insights on competitors.
Data Collection and Management:
– Collect and organize media data and reports for easy access.
– Maintain databases and archives of media mentions and analysis.
Reporting and Insight Generation:
– Create regular reports and summaries of media coverage and trends.
– Extract actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategies.
Media Monitoring during Crisis:
– Monitor media during crisis situations and provide real-time updates to the servicing team.
Technology Proficiency:
– Stay updated on media monitoring tools, analytics software, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in media monitoring and analysis.
– A relevant analytics certificate will be considered an add-on.
– Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
– Proven proficiency in media monitoring tools and software.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
