Designation- Billing Associate
Job Location- Remote / India
Experience Required- Min 12 years.
Education : Graduate in commerce
Purpose:
– Responsible for correcting invoices, establishing billing media and frequencies.
– Supports all aspects of customer or client billing. Drives accurate and timely invoicing.
Supports internal sales and external customer community on billing related matters from
deal planning to post-installation invoicing.
Scope:General:
– Intermediate level job with some work experience
– Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training & applies these to
complete assigned work within own area of expertise
– Identifies problems in straightforward situations, and makes sound decisions using
standard procedures
– Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Primary Responsibilities:
– Reads and comprehends and ensures compliance with company / client policies
and procedures
– Research & resolve billing issues in a timely manner
– Maintain customer records in accordance with policies and procedures ensuring accuracy
of all records.
– Answers all customer and employee inquiries regarding invoices; resolves
invoice discrepancies within departmental level of service (LOS)
– Tracks and manages all billing requests
– Identifies and recommends improvements to billing systems, policies & procedures
– Assists with / leads special projects as required
– Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
