Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Ensure smooth running of office operations
Manage office supplies and inventory
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Ensure maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Manage office security and access control
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of office premises
Communication and Coordination:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, letters)
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
Maintain calendars and schedules
Maintain records and databases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 6 months work experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Office hours (9 am to 6 pm)Work location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Immediate Joiner are preferred.
