Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Interacting with telephone/online clients for all Domestic and International travel requirements.
– Should have experience in Travel Company.
– For Fresher candidates, it is a must-have a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism and should be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
– Candidates from a Travel background where they have done the Sales (Holiday Packages) will be preferred the most.
– Recommend and sell the right trip to the client based on their needs including any extra services that may enhance their experience.
– Handling all the Queries of B2b, B2c, Corporate, domestic & inbound tours.
– Candidate should have knowledge of Domestic Regions like Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, South India, Andaman, North East, and International Destinations like Maldives, Dubai, Bali, Mauritius, Singapore, Europe, etc.
– Coordination with operation team to drill out better rates for sales.
– Self-motivated, resourceful
– Should be a quick learner.
– Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
– Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
– Answer questions about products or the company
– Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
– Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
– Enter and update customer information in the database
– Take and process orders in an accurate manner
– Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
– Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
– Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
– Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
– Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
– Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
– Excellent knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
– Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
