Job Title: Account and Purchase Administrator
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented account and purchase administrator to join our team. The Account and Purchase Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts and Purchasing Department, which includes tracking expenses, maintaining records, processing invoices, and verifying the accuracy of accounts.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain the accuracy of financial records by reconciling invoices and purchase orders
– Process invoices and other financial documents in a timely manner
– Monitor vendor accounts and ensure payment terms are met
– Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements
– Answer customer inquiries related to accounts payable or purchasing
– Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com)
– 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or purchasing
