Responsibilities and Duties
– Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.
– Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
– Ability to understand the customer requirements.
– Understand the needs of Customers, providing effective customer support services and inbound and outbound calls.
– Responsible to build excellent customer relationship.
– Responsible for branch targets.
– Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
– Degree / MBA
– Female
Experience:
– 4 – 6 years of work experience in Customer relations,sales and customer care.
Skills:
– Good Communication Skills.
– Good working Experience in MS Office.
