Responsibilities:
Work alongside and provide operational support to our marketing director and two creatives
Spearhead new initiatives within our marketing department across all three companies in the dominion group
Identify new technology and resources to bring marketing ideas to fruition
Lead the onboarding and training on new technologies withing the marketing department
Manage multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines
Become and expert in our current marketing tools and technology to best make recommendations for optimizing our marketing efforts.
Assist with print and digital advertising campaigns and media management
Conduct market research
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
Experience in formulating solutions and implementing new technologies to meet business needs and drive growth
Technology savvy with the ability to pick up on new applications quickly
Intermediate to advanced microsoft office – particularly excel

Experience in the real estate or lending industries
Experience with crms, especially salesforce
Experience with marketing automation software, especially marketo
Understanding of seo
Familiarity with ppc ads
