Present in four strategic locations in india (delhi, gurugram, bengaluru, mumbai), praxis global alliance works with c-suite to the front-line executives across business streams helping them with end-to-end business enablement, organizational transformation and revenue maximization support in an agile environment.
About the role-
Responsibilities:
Reporting to admin manager and executing instructions.
Liaising with admin manager and staff regarding administrative matters.
Keeping track of account balances and managing petty cash.
Coordinating office expenditure and issuing payments to vendors and suppliers.
Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
Scheduling and managing internal meetings and special events.
Requirements:
An associate or bachelor`s degree in business administration, or similar.
Basic word and excel skills.
Experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditures.
Ability to manage office operations and oversee junior staff.
Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, passion to learn & plan work in a methodical manner
