Senior/ coordinator – sales & marketing

Regional manager – sales & marketing
Key responsibilities :
Get self-acquainted with the rac’s objectives, products, services and our business model.
Provide necessary support to the field sales team by acting as a point of contact for them, the clients and rest of the internal depts.
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets & improve their productivity, by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answer customer queries, inform them of unforeseen delays or problems, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
Prepare quotation and other documents, reports, etc., from time to time.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
Maintain dsr of the field sales representatives, consolidate and share it with the management team, from time to time.
Explain products / services and prices, and answer questions from customers, if and when needed.
Input orders and ensure they are processed according to customer requirements accurately and delivered on time.
Collaborate with other departments, if and when needed, to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Act as a representative of the company and represent our interests at all times.
Follow telephone and email etiquettes diligently.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Obtain, update & maintain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, on a daily basis.
Any other work, as assigned by the management team, from time to time, including but not limited to the following:
Requesting client/s for tds certificate/ gst details.
Follow-up with clients for outstanding payment.
Follow-up for order extension
Qualification :
Any graduate
Technical expertise :
Basic computer knowledge, epbax system, it hardware knowledge

2-5+ years
