Asian Paints Looking for Executive 1- QA at India Full Time

a) Verifying new formulations received through electronic mail for changes and accordingly informing concerned personnel regarding the changes

b) Down load the formulation received electronically

c) Filing all design related quality records & documents such as transmittal letter, design review reports etc., for easy access

d) Cross checking availability of RMs for taking standardization batches

e) Take standardization batches in PEL and Shop floor

f) Carry out all in-process/quality checks of products being standardized in the shift

g) Ensure adherence to formulation sheet with respect to process instructions and RM Additions

h) Sending batch cards & samples of standardization batches to technical function if required

i) Conduct Tool Box Talk with team to ensure safety in the section

j) Ensure safety rounds daily. Note the abnormalities and ensure that they are corrected

k) Coordinate with other sections in case of any issues

l) Ensure proper machine and shop floor hygiene

m) Raise Breakdown Notifications if any in Maintain/SAP

n) Update relevant Environmental/Quality records in the shift

o) Carry out all required transactions and process records in SAP

p) Plan for availability of consumables, raise requisition for consumables from Stores, monitor the Stocks Levels in the section

q) Carry Out stock taking as per the requirements

r) Ensure Machine Availability for Preventive Maintenance / Calibration

s) Reuse paint/emulsion wherever applicable as per the requirements

t) Do online Cost Centre Postings of waste declared in SAP

u) Ensure compliance to WI / SOPs and strict adherence to 100% PPE usage

v) Ensure compliance to QMS/EMS and SMS requirements and maintain necessary documented information

w) Update Senior Officer on the progress of the work in the shift and other issues within the section

x) Generating month end standardization MIS reports for water based paints and emulsions

y) Date analysis for improvement opportunities/initiatives, monthly sectional reviews

z) Do AIG analysis, trend analysis, RM addition accuracy analysis, Manufacturing efficiency analysis

aa) Raise SFI and DCR wherever applicable

ab) Conduct process assurance audit across sections
