Customer service
Ensure that all incoming calls assigned to you of customers are answeredAnswer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
Communicate with customers through various channels i.e.,via emails, phone, website.
Ensure social media leads (shared by agency via google sheet)& website leads are contacted and information regarding the call/whatsapp be updated on google sheet or crm tool.
Make use of positive language while talking with the customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and ensure all customer complaints are resolved and no complaints are kept open.
Keep updated knowledge about existing as well as new products so that no queries/complaints remain unresolved.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, unresolved issues as well as actions taken.
Pass the leads to the respective stores in case a customer is visiting the store, and take an update once the customer has visited the store and update on the crm.
In case the customer wants us to visit their homes to take measurements; the cra is expected to coordinate with the store administrator and communicate with the customer about when and who will be visiting their home.
In case of customer complaints, follow-up & ensure the complaint is resolvedIn critical cases, escalate the complaint to the manager.
In case a customer wants images of a particular product for better understanding, the cra needs to ensure that the images sent are of good quality & not shabby at any pointIn case there aren’t satisfactory images available, request your reporting manager to arrange for the same.
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standard of customer service is maintained.
After resolving the issue, ask customers for feedback on products and services.
Follow the faqs list (frequently asked questions) and ask the manager if there are any queries.
