As a business development product specialist you will serve as a property technology (proptech) sales leader for amenitylinc and work alongside other professionals at the amenity collective to bring to market a new amenity management software for multi-family and hoa properties and portfoliosThe ideal candidate is someone who balances both technical and soft skills with a drive to deliver an exceptional customer service and consulting experience for our new business prospects and existing customer baseYou should have an innate understanding of how technology can serve as a solution for property manager pain points and inefficiencies while at the same time understanding the tangible benefits for financial leaders, board of directors and decision makers at the portfolio levelA deep understanding of the multi-family residential space is desiredAdditionally, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining and managing the lead and opportunity pipeline in salesforce to achieve revenue and other business goalsYou will work closely with service delivery, customer success, and marketing teams to execute and achieve your strategic sales goalsYou must be hungry, self-motivated, and creative in your approach to building the pipeline and mobilizing the resources of the amenity collective and its subsidiaries.
Requirements
Objectives and responsibilities of this role
Develop a strategic account sales strategy
Manage and contribute to the lead pipeline to achieve business growth objectives
Develop community relationships and identify opportunities for product and service sales
Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns with the support of marketing and customer success teams
Expand the reach of amenitylinc and the amenity collective on linkedin
Give product demos and consult on solutions for property managers, reits, and developers
Host webinars and training sessions for clients and prospects to introduce and expand the usage of the product while demonstrating added value to the client stakeholder group
Participate in client quarterly business reviews as needed for renewals and expansion opportunities
Required skills and qualifications
> 2 years of sales experience selling saas-based technology and service agreements
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge
Understanding and diligence of data management and sales reporting needs
Experience with salesforce
Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
An understanding of the real estate and multi-family residential space
Practiced at communicating and negotiating with high-level executives / decision makers at real estate development and property management companies
Proven ability to manage a sales budget
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Motivated self-starter who can operate independently and with minimal supervision
A consultative mindset who can facilitate dialog among stakeholders
