Lifecycle manager (enterprise architect) (intelligent automation and sscdn portfolio)
Tasks & responsibilities
The incumbent plays a critical link between multiple product teams and digital leads; facilitating communications, opening the flow of information, and sharing important progress updates to ensure all teams involved in the all the capabilities with digital transformation & it enabling functions are focused on successful delivery.
Accountable for the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of value through the sscdn portfolio while ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Leverages agile delivery metrics and regular agile ceremonies to identify and drive continuous improvement, to maximize organizational performance and execution against the backlog
Ensures the standards for platforms, applications, and technologies, including their lifecycles (new, upgrade, retire) according to strategy and architecture principles.
Drives the continuous optimization of the application portfolio in line with strategic business and it objectives
Monitor standards adherence and controls the as-is status and changes within their domainThis includes the responsibility to reject deviations, and the authority to demand cleanup of redundant platforms, applications and technologies.
Cooperates with enterprise architecture and other it functions.
Cooperates in identification, risk assessment of threats and mitigation of the organization in cooperation with the security manager and the corporate information risk management.
Who you are
University degree in bachelor of engineering or equivalent
5+ years’ experience as scrum master, product owner, or agile project/program manager for a portfolio
4- 5 years’ experience in enterprise architecture managing application metadata and application lifecycle management.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers and stakeholders
Experience leading teams in delivering quality software and experience leveraging and interpreting agile metrics is preferred, understanding of agile at scale philosophies & methodologies
Experience with organizational change management practices is preferred
Experience working in an agile organization using scrum, xp, kanban, or agile at scale practices
Excellent inter-cultural understanding and experience
Experienced to have worked in distributed & virtual teams
Executes his/her responsibilities with knowledge, accuracy,
Persistence, resilience, and creativity seeking to work both independently and collaboratively
