RESPONSIBILITIES:

- First and second-line activities: troubleshooting, advising the end-user for a solution, setting up meetings to resolve outstanding issues.
- Executing changes and user requests. Registering & monitoring tickets until closing.
- Proactively identify potential problems & initiate steps towards a possible resolution.
GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

- You have at least a diploma.
- Proven experience as a first line support engineer.
- Strong communication skills. You know how to cope in every situation. By asking the right questions in combination with giving some reassurance, you know how to map out and solve problems at lightning speed.
- At least 1 certificate for ITIL Foundation 3 or 4, Windows 10, or Microsoft Office 365.
- A structured style of working. This means you always have an overview as well as knowledgeable insight into how to resolve issues and close out active cases.
