Job description
Electronic merchant systems (ems) is looking for professional and experienced account managers that can offer world-class service to point of sale resellers, restaurants, and retail merchants across the nation for their total touch pos division.
The total touch pos account manager role is an exciting opportunity to offer powerful point of sale solutions designed to meet the distinct management and operational needs of total touch resellers and their merchantsThe ideal candidate is an ethical, honest, competitive, and self-driven professional who will work to diligently increase our market presence merchant satisfaction and to nurture total touch point of sale reseller relationships.
Salary:
$40,000, up to $96,000 on quota earnings yearly.
Account manager responsibilities:
Sell touch total and ems to resellers and merchants
Assist with building relationships between ems and total touch resellers
Assist with the training of support personnel
Assist with customizing demos and scripts for sales presentations
Provide an introduction between ems and total touch customers, vendors, and other key people
Assist with the training of sales staff and support personnel
Participate in the planning and marketing of total touch pos
Assist in driving current resellers to meet sales goals
Act as a resource for industry knowledge and trends
Attend industry shows and conventions
Participate in the planning and marketing of total touch pos
Post-installation customer service as needed
Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented professional, possessing excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to solve customer problems related to client relations and sales activitiesMust have reliable transportationIn addition to the following skills, experience, and attributes:
Proven closer: you have a trackable history of closing high-value accounts; past managers would say you’re a great closer.
3 – 5 years of successful technical sales experienceExperience in sales, customer service, and client management
Possess outstanding communication and computer/software skills, and demonstrate trustworthiness, adaptability, and responsiveness
Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Possess prior experience selling technical products or services over a long-term sales cycle.
High level of energy, commitment, and passion for results
Must possess organizational and administrative skills as well as high attention to detail
Solid communication skills
Experience with customer relationship management systems and other database management utilities (working knowledge of salesforce and microsoft dynamics nav a plus)
Advanced knowledge of microsoft office suite and adobe acrobat skills
Must live in the territory or have a proven sales and relationship management track record working remotely
